A B O U T   U S

Situated in the middle of Cypress, CA, we now run three shows each year:

• A 4th of July show that runs from the Friday that is one week before the 4th of July day thru the night of July 4th.

• A Halloween show that runs every night* starting the Friday that is one week before Halloween day thru Halloween night (at least one full week).

• A Christmas show that starts the first weekend of December and runs every night** through Christmas.

A little history about us. We have always decorated for the holidays, but when the infamous email of the Crazy Christmas Light House by Carson Williams started circling, we were definately more interested in animating our lights.

Some investigating had led us to the PlanetChristmas chat forums. In chatting with many of the members, we found that the lighting controllers and program were actually very affordable and easy to use. You just need a little cash (of course) for the controllers, lots of extension cords and a the Light-O-Rama software program. The software looked easy to use. It had a grid layout where timing line moves from left to right as a song plays. Whenever the line is on a set of rows, whichever row has a mark in it...the light controller makes the light do. Box filled in, a channel (or string of lights) goes on. Box not filled in, the channel goes off. There are fades, shimmers, twinkles, and so on. I thought to myself, "Hmmm...we can do this!" So we embarked on our ever-growing journey into the world of music sequenced lights.

So there you have it. Our story in a nutshell. We love lights and are among the growing number of sequencing enthusiasts! We hope you'll bring the family by for a visit! * We run real flaming pumpkins but only on the weekends (when we can supervise them). Please come by Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings to see the flames. Halloween display items and/or shows may be cancelled due to weather.

In case of weather: wind, rain, etc., we may have to cancel certain display items, or in extreme cases, cancel the the nightly show until the weather behaves. We will post updates on this website. Check the home page for updates. We have inflatable items and other large items that the wind wreaks havoc on if left out. Our show is computer controlled and we have tons of extension cords running around the yard. It is better to save the show and prevent water-related shorts, so sometin=mes we just shut it down. Our apologies if you have driven up special to see us.
